How to Send Request for Quote (RFQ)

This guide explains the process to send us a Request for Quote (RFQ) and receive a formal PDF quote from us via email.

Quotes are provided free of charge and are usually valid for 30 days or while stocks last. If you need more time to decide about your purchase, please contact us at [email protected].

Australian Customers:

Please follow the steps given below to submit your Request for Quote (RFQ). If we need more information before sending you a quote, we'll contact you via phone or email.

We usually take up to 2 hours to prepare & send you a quote. We may take a little longer if you're ordering:

1. Bulky/heavy items
2. Items marked "Export Restriction"
3. Buying in bulk

Export Orders:

If you're based outside Australia and need a quote for items marked "Export Restriction", please skip this guide and fill the Request for Quote (RFQ) Form available at this location.

If you're ordering other items, i.e. items not marked "Export Restriction", please continue to read the guide below to submit your RFQ.

Steps Involved:

In only 3 simple steps you would be able to submit your request for quote: 

1. Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.

2. Select 'Request for Quote' as your payment option.

3. Click 'Place Your Order' to submit your RFQ.
