Export Orders
We welcome export orders and can ship to most countries globally.
Important Information
- We do not export dangerous goods, for example, batteries.
- We generally do not export bulky items, e.g. solar panels, racks or masts. There may be some exceptions and can be discussed on case-to-case basis.
- The buyer will bear freight cost if sending the product for warranty claim.
- The buyer is responsible for any customs clearance at destination country including import taxes and other fees if applicable.
