The RFICD28-41-70 VHF Mopole Antenna is a ground-independent, broadband antenna covering 148 - 175 MHz with a true 3 dB gain advantage over conventional ¼-wave whips. Supplied with a low-profile threaded stud mount (coaxial cable ordered separately), it installs easily on mirrors, gutters, trunk lips, or other space-restricted locations. A patented end-fed matching circuit sealed inside a virtually indestructible thermoplastic body and a flexible, black powder-coated stainless-steel whip deliver long-lasting, reliable service for fleet, public-safety, and industrial vehicles.
