VHF Directional Antennas 146-174 MHz - 5 dBd
The FSA Series arrays have approximately 105 degrees horizontal beamwidth and offer 5 or 7 dBd in gain. The use of the flat screen reflector boosts the front to back ratio considerably allowing for tailoring antenna patterns for frequency re-use in extended networks. FSA Series Arrays feature the same solid construction as the standard array series. The folded dipoles utilise an internal phasing harness in PTFE based PIM rated coaxial cable with IP rated termination. The screens themselves are also made of premium grade structural aluminum further assisting in the mitigation of PIM. Consisting of Aluminium construction and superior internal harness design these antennas provide not only excellent radiation characteristics but also defined, high levels of intermodulation and noise suppression. IM performance is -140 dBc based on a two carrier test. The entire array (VHF Directional Antennas 146-174 MHz - 5 dBd) rests at ground potential and offers the ultimate in lightning resistant antennas.
