The FMC88108-6 is a 19†rack mountable 1RU shelf, 6 Channel VHF FM Stereo rebroadcast repeater with audio break-in functionality on all channels. The RF output frequency for each channel can be configured to be the same as the off-air received frequency (non-translating), or the RF output frequency for each channel can be configured to be different to the off-air received frequency (translating). If the RF output frequency is required to be the same as the off-air received frequency for all channels, then the FMC88108-6-NT model is recommended for use.

RFI DSP-based FM Radio Rebroadcast Headend; FMC88108-xxD supports up to 64 channels, with RDS rebroadcast and real-time content replacement features. With Break- In Facility (BIF) included, this repeater and content replacement system is ideal for FM rebroadcast systems through tunnels and buildings.
RFI's RF over Fibre (RFoF) transceivers are available in either Tx-only, Rx-only or Tx/Rx configurations. They are a complete self-contained module consisting of a transmitter which converts the RF signal into an optical signal and/or a receiver which converts the optical signal back into RF.
RF over Fibre facilitates the transportation of signals over long distances leveraging the lower loss of fibre cables compared to RF feeder cables.
